This 1 hour class is the perfect blend of gentle movement to get into your body and a guided meditation to get out of your thinking mind. It is the ultimate mind-body connection practice for all levels.

Together we will take a 15-20 minute mindful break in the middle of your day to explore stretching, twisting & bending, strengthening, breathing and relaxing.

When strength training and yoga come together, yoga sculpt is born. You will combine free weights with yoga to increase the intensity, invite in bursts of cardio, squats, lunges and bicep curls (Pssst. This is Steph’s type of party)

bootcamp

Are you ready to be challenged physically and have fun? Come prepared to move through a series of cardio and bodyweight exercises and expect to work hard, get sweaty and leave stronger.

hiit workout

Get prepared to go ALL IN during this offering. High Intensity Interval Training is when you give 100% of your effort through quick intense activity followed by short periods of active recovery or rest.

LAUGHTER YOGA

Laugh without the use of jokes, comedy or humor or forcing anything. Simply choosing to laugh because laughter has powerful and profound affects on your nervous system and overall health.

Steph Strauss Mindfulness will customize curriculums specific to the needs of you and your team. All material will focus on the challenges your team might be having and provide solutions and tools.
