Somatic Reset (formerly known as The RSI Method) is a trauma-informed movement practice that brings heat and fire to the body. It’s a guided journey—with breath, sound, challenge, and release—designed to help you meet what’s alive in you, explore your edges, and reconnect with your body’s deeper truths.
While there’s a clear arc to each class, you always remain in the driver’s seat. You get to follow your body’s lead—choosing what to engage with, shift, or set aside. Nothing is forced. Everything is an invitation.
We explore the body’s full range of responses—from stillness to activation—with an emphasis on self-inquiry, voice activation, movement expression, and nervous system regulation. We meet discomfort with care, speak to ourselves with kindness, and offer the body a space to release what’s no longer serving.
Somatic Reset is a practice of self-study. A place to notice patterns, create new ones, and perhaps transform how you relate to yourself. It’s for anyone seeking more vitality, self-trust, or a way to simply feel more alive.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome. The final 15–30 minutes offer optional space for sharing, reflection, and connection in community.

somatic flow
Somatic Flow is like a warm hug for your body. A gentler, less structured movement practice rooted in presence, care, and deep listening. It’s about being with your body exactly as it is—tenderly, curiously, and without needing to change a thing.
This trauma-informed class blends guided movement, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and freeform exploration to help you tune into what feels good and nourishing in the moment. There’s more spaciousness, less direction. More noticing, less doing.
Somatic Flow supports nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional resilience through soft invitations—inviting you to connect with sensation, breath, and easeful movement. You might move a lot, or barely at all. It’s all welcome.
Where Somatic Reset offers a more active arc and structured journey, Somatic Flow is a practice in being. A slower pace, a softer rhythm, and a tender way of returning home to yourself.
Come as you are. All experience levels and all bodies are welcome.
What You’ll Experience in an embodied movement practicE
We arrive to each embodied movement practice without expectations or agendas, open to whatever emerges through the body. This is a space to meet ourselves with kindness, embracing where we are in the moment.
At its core, these somatic classes are a practice of self-study. It’s an invitation to explore how your body moves, reacts and communicates. Through embodied movement, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, uncovering the subtle messages your body holds and learning to trust its wisdom.
What is the difference between somatic reset and Somatic Flow?
While both classes are rooted in presence, embodiment, and choice, they offer distinct experiences:
Somatic Flow is like a warm hug for your body—a softer, less structured space to be with whatever is here. It’s about checking in, listening deeply, and moving with tenderness. The pace is slow and supportive, focused on regulation, rest, and sensing the moment.
Somatic Reset (formally known as The RSI Method) brings more fire and heat. It follows a more intentional arc—a guided journey Steph takes you on—while always honoring your autonomy. You remain in the driver’s seat: just because something is offered doesn’t mean you have to do it. This class invites fuller expression, dynamic movement, vocal activation, and deeper inquiry into what’s alive in your system. It offers more shape, but never pressure.
The body holds answers to questions that the mind doesn't even know how to ask, all you have to do is listen.

What happens in AN EMBODIED MOVEMENT CLASS?
Trauma-Informed Movement Practices to Bring the Body Along
Somatic Reset (formerly The RSI Method) and Somatic Flow are both experiential, trauma-informed movement practices that invite you to bring your body into the conversation—gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
Using a bottom-up approach rooted in Somatic Experiencing, embodied inquiry, and nervous system awareness, these classes help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom without needing to revisit or reprocess past trauma. You’ll be invited to move in ways that feel nourishing and true for you, within an accountable, non-judgmental space that welcomes all bodies and all levels of experience.
These classes blend yoga, dance, breathwork, vocal activation, and intuitive movement, helping you explore what happens when you let your body guide the way. You’ll learn to:
Communicate with your body like a trusted friend
Notice what feels like a yes or no—without judgment
Interrupt cycles of negative self-talk with curiosity and care
Move with, not against, your inner rhythms
Practice feeling more—not by force, but by invitation
This is a self-study, a space to observe and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you. You are celebrated simply for showing up. There’s nothing to perform, prove, or fix.
Over time, these practices help you:
Build a sweet, respectful relationship with your body
Increase emotional resilience and nervous system capacity
Expand your ability to feel, express, and connect
Access a deeper sense of authenticity, presence, and inner safety
The way you show up here mirrors how you show up in life. These practices offer a space to explore that connection—to try things on, to listen closely, and to remember your body’s innate intelligence.
You are not broken. Your body is not a problem to solve.
This practice is a return to your wholeness.
Come as you are. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
